In honour of our Cabula Mavile Kitula kia Njila, seven of us have come together to present a bounty of offerings born of devotion towards spirit and community alike. Crafted in cooperation with spirit and in service to our Cabula, we are excited to share a collection of charms, devotional items, candles, perfume, and oils made to better serve the bonds between you and your spirits, while contributing their proceeds to the temple that nourishes our own.
Rosa Vermelha
A rose at the crossroads, cloaked in velveteen shadow. Rosa Vermelha is inspired those spirits known as Pomba Gira, muses of midnight, mistresses of mystery, fire, and laughter.
The scent is a decadent mixture of rose and oud, kissed with peppercorn, blackberry, and dark musk. Smokey, sensual, and steeped in mystery, this candle is a floral offering lit with embers.
Poured with 100% coconut soy wax into a 12 oz deep red matte vessel and sealed with a painted lid bearing the imprint of a single rose.
Proceeds of this candle go to support the @cabulamavilekitulakianjila as part of our yearly fundraising.
